Our Hearts Burned...

Did We Hear the Silent Screams?

This summer...

We didn't just stand by while a forest burned.

Our hearts burned, words choked in our throats.

A pine tree, thousands of birds, countless lives;

all silently gone...

★  What Remains Behind the Flames

Before discussing the cause of the fires,

we must ask this question:

“Where are we in this land?”

Trees aren't just shade,

they aren't seeds,

they aren't wood.

There's time growing in a tree's trunk.

There's loneliness, hope, and silence living in a forest.

And we ignore their silent cries.

★  When the Earth Weeps...

The burning of a tree burns not only nature, but also our childhood, our past, and our future.

Do you remember?

Those pine forests where we once picnicked...

Now they've become a pitch-black memory.

★  We Are Not Looking for Guilty... But We Are Responsible

A glass bottle...

A cigarette butt...

A single act of negligence...

Sometimes, it's enough to turn an entire forest into ashes.

We don't hold anyone accountable for this disaster.

But we must ask ourselves:

"What did I do, what didn't I do?"

★  A Sapling, a Thousand Hopes

Yes, we're heartbroken...

But there's still hope.

It's time to plant a sapling,

to instill a love of nature in a child,

not just to grieve over the news of the fire,

but to take action.

★  Remember:

A tree is precious while it's alive.

Nature doesn't wait, it doesn't forgive, it doesn't forget.

We must act today for the future.

★  To everyone reading this...

Stop for a moment.

Take a deep breath.

And listen to the burned silence of nature.

Maybe it's still whispering...
