These terms explain the rules for using Nazar Emlak website content, search tools and contact channels. Please read them before using our services.
1. Website operator

2. Scope and acceptance
After you have had an opportunity to access, read and understand these terms, continuing to use the website signifies acceptance of these rules to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not accept them, you may stop using the website or contact us about the service conditions. Mandatory legal protections and non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Entering or browsing the website does not constitute explicit consent to processing personal data for every purpose, advertising cookies, marketing messages or a property transaction. Where required, these matters need separate information and an appropriate consent or agreement process. Personal data is addressed in our Privacy Policy.
3. Listings and information
Listings may use information supplied by owners, advisers or connected portfolio sources. Prices, availability and specifications can change after publication, and some records may not yet reflect the latest changes. Confirm availability and current terms before proceeding. Publication of a listing is not a commitment that the property remains available for sale or rent.
Areas, room layouts, locations and distances may rely on source measurements or estimates. Photographs, floor plans, show-home images and computer renderings alone do not guarantee the condition to be delivered. Included furniture, equipment and communal facilities must be confirmed separately in writing. Automatically generated titles and translations can contain meaning or measurement errors; verify significant information with the adviser and relevant documents.
4. Prices, currencies and costs
Displayed prices and conversions into other currencies are provided for information. Exchange-rate movements, source updates and rounding can produce differences. The binding price, payment currency and payment conditions are established in the parties’ separate agreement.
Taxes, title-deed costs, duties, valuation, translation, notarial fees, service charges and agency fees may not be included in each advertised price. Confirm inclusions and exclusions in writing before a transaction. Browsing or requesting information alone creates no commission, purchase or payment obligation; a separate paid service must be agreed on clear terms.
5. Service limits and due diligence
The website offers general information, listing searches and a means of contacting us. Sending a form, corresponding with an adviser or saving a listing does not itself create a sale, rental, reservation, deposit or agency agreement. Required legal formalities, authorisations and separate contracts apply to the relevant transaction.
Title, ownership, mortgages and restrictions, planning and permit status, occupancy permission, technical condition and contractual terms should be examined with competent authorities and independent professionals where appropriate. Website information is not legal, tax, investment or financing advice. Citizenship, residence permission, rental income, capital appreciation and investment returns are not guaranteed unless separately agreed in a legally binding manner.
6. Enquiry forms and communication
Accurate, current contact information helps us answer your enquiry. Do not submit another person’s details without authority. Do not place unnecessary sensitive information, identity or passport copies, card details, banking passwords or health information in general enquiry fields. If documentation is needed for a transaction, an appropriate secure channel will be specified separately.
We may respond through the contact channel you provide in relation to your enquiry. That response does not mean you have agreed to advertising or bulk marketing that requires separate permission. An acknowledgement confirms receipt of an enquiry, not a property reservation or guaranteed delivery of every email. For urgent or time-sensitive matters, contact the company directly.
7. Safe and lawful use
Do not use the website for deceptive enquiries, false identities, spam, unauthorised access, malicious software or infringement of others’ rights. Do not send automated requests that disrupt the service or unlawfully collect personal data or content. Necessary and proportionate access restrictions may be used to protect security and the service.
If a message requests payment or changes bank details, verify it through an official contact channel already known to you. A listing on the website does not authorise third parties to collect money on the company’s behalf.
8. Content rights and third parties
The design, text, photographs, logos and other content are subject to the rights of the company or the relevant rights holders. You may view content for personal consideration and uses permitted by law. Subject to statutory exceptions, commercial republication, unauthorised reproduction or misleading attribution requires the relevant rights holder’s permission.
When using external maps, videos, social media or WhatsApp, those providers’ own terms and privacy practices also apply. Linking to another service does not guarantee all information on that service or its operation.
9. Availability and liability
We exercise reasonable care to maintain accurate information and an accessible service; continuous access, error-free software and instantaneous updates of every listing may not always be possible. Please report errors so we can address them. Liability is assessed under applicable law and the circumstances. These terms do not exclude liability for intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence, mandatory obligations or statutory consumer rights.
10. Updates, languages and applicable law
The current version is published here with its update date. Changes do not automatically alter the terms of earlier transactions retrospectively. Continuing to browse is insufficient for changes that require separate agreement or consent.
Translations facilitate access. In the event of a difference in meaning, the Turkish version applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Turkish law and other mandatory protective provisions remain applicable where required. Jurisdiction is determined by law; consumers’ rights to competent courts, consumer arbitration bodies and other statutory remedies are not restricted.
